Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Hayat Flowers and Events, we value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth and thoughtful experience— whether you’re sending flowers, planning a celebration, or simply bringing joy to someone’s day.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the requested delivery time. To cancel, simply contact us via email or phone.

If your order has already entered production or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any delivery and return charges. Refunds, if approved, will be issued as store credit.


REFUND POLICY

As our floral arrangements are perishable, we generally do not offer refunds unless:

  • We are unable to fulfill or deliver your order
  • The product delivered does not match the described item

Refunds for modifications or changes outside of the above circumstances will be issued as store credit only, provided your order has not been dispatched. Any delivery or return charges will be deducted.

For refund amounts under AED 100, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead, due to high bank charges for transaction reversals.

For international payments, slight differences in refund amounts may occur due to currency exchange fluctuations.

In special cases, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
