Delivery, Cancellation, and Return Policy

At Hayat Flowers and Events, we value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth and thoughtful experience— whether you’re sending flowers, planning a celebration, or simply bringing joy to someone’s day.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer daily delivery across Sharjah, Dubai, and Ajman, with flexible options for same-day delivery.

  • Sharjah Orders under AED 200: AED 20 delivery fee
  • Sharjah Orders AED 200 and above: FREE delivery
  • Dubai/Ajman Orders under AED 500: AED 50 delivery fee
  • Dubai/Ajman Orders AED 500 and above: FREE delivery
  • Same-day delivery cutoff timings:
    • Sharjah – Order by 6:00 PM
    • Dubai & Ajman – Order by 5:00 PM

Multi-address or re-routed deliveries:
 Each additional delivery location or change in address will incur additional delivery fee depending on which Emirate.

For special delivery instructions, please add notes in the “Delivery Instructions” section during checkout.

 

Non-Deliverable Areas

Currently, we do not deliver to the following Emirates:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Fujairah
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain

You may refer to Google Maps for clarity on these areas.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the requested delivery time. To cancel, simply contact us via email or phone.

If your order has already entered production or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any delivery and return charges. Refunds, if approved, will be issued as store credit.
